discs ever since. We are a family-owned and operated company based in Woodland Hills, CA. Our
disc manufacturing facilities are ISO 9002 certified which means that our organization maintains
the highest standards in quality control and customer service.

WHAT SETS US APART FROM OUR COMPETITION?

Audiophile Class CD Manufacturing
We create all our glass masters in real-time (1x) DIRECTLY from your recorded source. This means
that we do not transfer to a hard drive or server (as most other companies do). Your replicated CDs
come back sounding just as alive as your original master.

We also injection mold our discs for up to 6 seconds longer than our competitors, leading to sturdier,
better sounding discs.

Most of our competitors use equipment designed for CD-ROM with the goal of producing discs
faster and cheaper. We’ve found that such machinery seriously undermines audio quality. We prefer
to use the older machines and procedures originally developed for creating audio discs. After much
testing, we’ve developed what we feel is the most optimal system for maintaining sound integrity.

World Class Print Quality
Our multi-color offset presses produce stunning printing effects and quality. Our state-of-the-art
proofing system is calibrated to our presses to ensure accurate print with every job. You can be
confident that your CD or DVD artwork will print cleanly, accurately and vibrantly.

We provide you with accurate, easy-to-use templates. When we receive your graphics files, we
carefully check them to make sure they meet our graphic specifications. Our art department includes
talented and experienced designers and meticulous preflight technicians. Even if this is your first
project, we’ll help you create a beautiful package.

Environmental Awareness
While biodegradable discs are still a product of the future, we do everything we can to ease our
impact on the environment. We use recycled paper, vegetable-based inks and water-based coatings
in our printing process. We also offer alternative packaging options such as cardboard sleeves and
Digipaks.

We also recycle all leftover and scrap metal, plastic and paper.
